| Here is how it works. First number: Width in Millimeters Second Number: Height of the sidewall as a percentage of the width(35 series tire would be 35 percent of the width) Third Number: Rim size in inches Obviously a tire with a higher sidewall will buldge on to the road a bit more but that isnt really a good thing. First off it would be so minimal and second off you would have a weak sidewall which is bad in the corners and you want to be running on the thread part of the tire not the sidewall lol.
